Every reading from My Celestial Thread is crafted with care, insight, and attention to your unique story. Because each offering is customized and created personally for you, we’re unable to offer refunds once your reading has been delivered.

That said, your experience matters — and if something feels off or incomplete, I encourage you to reach out.

Cancellations Before Delivery

If you need to cancel your order before your reading has been started, I'm happy to offer a full refund. Please contact me as soon as possible at info@mycelestialthread.com.

Mistakes or Technical Issues

While refunds are not guaranteed, if there was a technical issue (such as a file not opening) or something missing from your reading (such as an unanswered area you noted in your form), please let me know. I’ll gladly review it and make it right.

Timeframe for Concerns

If you have concerns about your reading, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can address it while it’s fresh.

Video Add-Ons

Video walkthroughs are created as companions to your PDF readings and are also non-refundable once delivered. If there’s a playback issue or other problem, just reach out.
